I’m Erich. I’ve spent my career leading people in environments where standards are high and results are unavoidable.

My foundation was built as a military officer in reconnaissance and aviation, operating across more than 30 countries in high-pressure conditions where discipline, clarity, and accountability determine outcomes. Those lessons carried directly into my corporate career as an executive at Amazon, where I lead a team, influence policy, and drive execution on large-scale operations across a number of measurable metrics. In these types of organizations, I have seen the same truth reinforced daily: systems outperform motivation, and ownership separates leaders from passengers.

Life Absolutism was built on that principle.

I’m a published author, lifelong learner, and a man who lives by structure. I train consistently, maintain peak physical fitness, and apply the same operational discipline to my life that I demanded in uniform and in the conference room. And as in life, as a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I believe progress is earned through pressure, repetition, and personal responsibility.
